The Cu-Ag-Pb polymetallic mineralization of the Agdim-Ait Elfersi sector is situated in the eastern Anti Atlas Moroccan belt. the northeastern part of the Saghro inlier. The mineralization is hosted in the volcanic rocks of late Neoproterozoic and the detrital sedimentary rocks of the Lower Cambrian.
