The Frymaster 8071849 conversion kit provides components for changing specified fryer equipment from propane (LP) gas to natural gas. Gas conversion requires the correct parts for the appliance’s burner and fuel delivery configuration, as the two fuel types have different operating requirements. Kit suitability depends on the exact fryer model and its approved conversion instructions. https://partsfe.com/regulator-conversion-for-frymaster-part-8071849/1-8071849.html
